When travelling back in time (going faster than the speed of light), you will not see anything because you are travelling faster than the speed of light. So to go back in time doesn't really rest only on travelling faster than the speed of light, the problem is solved when you can slow down to the speed that the past is living in.
Therefore, people in the past may see a streak of light going through various past times because you can't stop at their time. If you slow down then you will get closer and closer to the present time. Once you reach a speed slower that the speed of light the people in the present will begin to see you. The faster you go and past the speed of light, people in the present will begin to see you desolved and the people in the past will begin to see you materialized, but remember you are still going
faster than the speed of light, so how can the people in the past even see you, unless the faster you go past the speed of light the more you move back in time and in real time of the past.
Think about it folks!
I think your reasoning is right, Ernest, but a lot of different states arise from your scenarios; observation and relativity- you won't be static, nor will the others. Thanks for responding.

and please email me or leave an entry. I think it is possible to time travel, I just need someone to go back, telephone me with information so I change my plans for that day thus preventing my son from dying.
Surely there is a way.
Hi Lauretta. Yes, I posted a previous message of yours about this. Again, I am so sorry.

Dear Chuck (and those that read this message),
Truly, how interested are you in the propects of time travel?
Me and a friend are creating a group devoted to the development of TT. If anyone there is interested in finding out more (and truly surprising news) contact us at:

Thanx,
Bronson
There you guys go- GOOD LUCK!
E-MAIL YOUR NEWS to me and I'll post it here.

Hi, I was wondering if you can help me with a thought experiment.
Recently, I read that a scientist by the name of Guenter Nimtz
was able to transmit a signal faster than light. I also read
some information about him on this website.
Whether or not he actually did it, if we were to somehow focus
FTL waves into a "bubble" like field around a subject, and than
the field itself started rotating faster than light, would that
subject go back in time, relative to us?
If not, what would happen?
Thank you for your time.
Hi Blake.
I too, am confused by this.
#1. If I understand the situation, he (Professor Nimtz) wasn't even present when this event occurred- Although he and his colleagues were, of course, working towards this achievement.
#2. He is only one of MANY who have accomplished FTL results in tunneling experiments to date ( I started investigating this once I heard about it).
#3. From my understanding, this whole discovery flies in the face of a lot of different theories around today...
A. CAUSALITY IS CERTAINLY VIOLATED
B. PARADOX (apparently) IS CREATED
(substitute the button with a revolver/substitute the photon with a bullet/substitute the receptor with a human... DOES THE HUMAN DIE BEFORE THE TRIGGER IS PULLED??? WHEN DOES THE OBSERVATION TAKE PLACE??? )
I think, again, the answer is that reality may not be what we think it is. On a micro (subatomic) level, time doesn't appear to exist linearally- electrons may not be tangient particles at all- they might just exist as a field of quanta coming into existence (becoming an observable particle) as we need for our actions and observations to create what we assume reality to be. I believe Pribram and Bohm are closer to the possible MEANING OF EVERYTHING than anyone to date- REALITY might just be a HOLOGRAM that we exist in; everything from thought to matter.
In answer to your question- I think YES- RELATIVE TO THE OBSERVER.
...and I'd like to direct you HERE
and definitely HERE

Your web page was very interesting. I do believe that we have
the technology to travel back in time, but it is just too
dangerous at the moment. It all has to deal with electromagnetism.
Have you ever heard of the Philadelphia Experiment in WWII, which
is linked to Project Rainbow? If you have not heard of these, I
think you will find them totally bizarre, but also fascinating.
Thanks, Mike. Yes, I'm well aware of it. It seems a lot was going on back then and a lot more was COVERED UP!

I believe time travel is possible but only from a spectator's point of view.
Just as we remember the past(colored by our emotional interactions of then and now), we envision things either positively or negatively depending on what occurs next, remember your first date?
Most of our memories will be the good or bad events and the details may be lost or recreated for our convenience.
Traveling in time probably would Involve seeing like in a dream the other possibilities should one have chosen a different path or direction then the one really taken. I believe we cannot change what has already happened but we can experience a birds eye overview of possible outcomes like if an Angel gave us a
second chance. Our new reality would be foreign and our ability to rekon with this I may send us back to the original time line or wanting to return to the other existence. Traveling back may require superceeding the speed of light and in this manner we may re-view what has already taken place but we will be in a suspended plain unable to interact or change the natural events.
I have spent a great deal of time pondering how I might
acomplish time travel. I love watching and listening to others' conceptions and buy those movies. I believe we occupy the same space and time on three plains, the astral, the physical, and the heavenly plains. Each interconnected, but seperate, influences from any of these three plains affects our conscience and resultant decisions. As we travel through life, the spirits, our previous experiences and memories as well as opportunities shape our future. A different past obliterates the YOU we all know because the new YOU has changed and I
believe we are predestined to a mission in life and these altered selves will not provide the expected outcome.
Those are some reasonable thoughts, John. Although I hope your beliefs about destiny are wrong (but I suppose it wouldn't matter- we would be none the wiser).
Thanks for your input.

I just want you to know I love your page. I in fact know you are
correct in almost all regards.
I have one question for you to consider.
What if John were to do his research and go back in
time with the intent of having no contact with anyone instead
to get himself rich in his "present", ""time he first left to go
back in time"" time, (<--- is that some sort of triple time
negative), by hiding something for himself to dig up or,
making a bank account for himself to inherit without anyone
knowing about it, except of course himself?
First thing to consider is could he get back to his own starting point in his own time line if done this way.
Second consideration, if he travels forward in time and does in fact get the money, would he care if he were in a new/different time line he had inadvertently created, (considering all other life situations for John worked out in a way acceptible to John)?
If I were this John I would not care, or rather, being home
sick wouldn't be difficult to deal with.
What do you think?
Clint
Hi Clint,
Well, I think that your first consideration answered your own question. In John's original timeline, it's not waiting for him "tomorrow". Even if an insignificantly variant version of himself did this; their personal timelines aren't available to each other- IT'S ALWAYS SIDEWAYS. That's the PROBLEM!
Thanks for stopping by!
Chuck
